This product is widely used across the car scene and is known to be the best of the best. Simply use the rectangle head to remove any oil and dirty residue from the glass then use the round head product after to apply the water repellent agent then after a minute wipe any excess repellent with the supplied microfibre towel to make sure there no thick areas. 

You only want a nice even thin layer smooth across the entire windscreen.
