Our Aluminium Flywheels are made using the highest quality, most modern materials available. The flywheel itself is made from 6061 T6 billet aluminium. It is CNC machined at a constant surface speed for durability and finish. Each flywheel is manufactured to deliver optimum tensile strength, heat dissipation and weight reduction, without going too light and causing poor idle and driving issues like some of the ultra-lightweight competitors.
